Vesta is a Sailor Senshi and the current Sailor Phaeo.

Hydrokinesis

Like many Atlas Senshi, Vesta is capable of manipulating water with her mind. She has developed some skill in moving water vapour or steam with this ability - whether this is because of her domain or due to being around the steam from hotsprings all the time, she's not quite sure.

Personal history

Vesta grew up in a non-descript town on Ambrosia. She awoke as Sailor Phaeo in her teens and saw it as a chance to become a superhero (more than a little egged on by an overly keen best friend). Her first few outings proved successful - she was able to take on the 'bad guys' and put a stop to what they were doing. Unfortunately, she quickly got in over her head but was rescued just in time by the arrival of Sailor Cleeia, who gotten word about a red Atlas senshi fighting crime. This shook Vesta's confidence in herself and her decision making.
Vesta was then encouraged to enroll in the Areto Iphito Academy, which she did. Afterwards, she tried to keep a low profile, helping out as a senshi when called upon to do so but not going out and searching for trouble like she once did.

Vesta originally attended primary and secondary schools on Ambrosia but after awakening as Sailor Phaeo she was invited to attend the Areto Iphito Academy, which she accepted.

Employment

Vesta owns and helps runs a hot springs resort on the outskirts of Erda. It's relatively small and low key, which suits her fine. Whilst she has a say in how things are run, she usually employs someone to help make decisions regarding what needs to be done to keep the buisiness afloat.
