Doskvol has many people living there, many cultures, ethnicity, beliefs and just weird taboos. These people group together to form secret societies and areas they can express themselves. Wealthy occult members, poor refugees that don't fit anywhere else and are on the fringe of society, there, common knowledge but not acknowledged in passing or polite conversations.
