The Known World

Hundreds of different cultures have hundreds of different names for the world in which they find themselves in. It can get confusing. Most people simply refer to their home plane as The World.
It is unknown how many landmasses exist on the surface of the World, but there are at least 8 that are known: Vrosynn, Dhomhain, Onios, Pelagos, The Realm , The Pactlands, Stiorhim, and Suutisia.
It is widely theorized that these continents were once one large supercontinent that was sundered in pre-history.
