The Seastone Spire

This large mage tower rose out of the ocean off the north west coast of the West Realm. The private domain of the wizard Eulor Blacktongue, the Seastone Spire was avoided by many. Approximately five hundred feet tall, this colossal tower was one of the largest structures in the Realm.
Here, Blacktongue was free to pursue his craft without interference from the outside world. Barges of slaves, bound for either servitude or experimentation, were brought to the Spire almost daily. While this practice was universally reviled by the civilized peoples of the Realm few would raise their voices in protest, fearing reprisal from Blacktongue himself.
