Town Hall - Transdimensional Hub

Standing proudly over Driftwood Plaza is the Town Hall, the largest building in the village. This stately building of carved hardwood and stone oversees all legal matters, from registering a new business to formalizing marriages to purchasing a new home. The center of the building houses dedicated offices for these matters, and new ones seem to appear when needed, along with holding all of the records that a town needs.
To the right of the main entrance in the Eastern Hall is the Transdimensional Hub, dedicated to overseeing interplanar travel under the watchful eye of Anna, it's manager. It only appeared recently according to the more established Foundlings, but it is now open for business to adventurers of all kinds.
The Western Hall is home to the town library, an impressive collection of fiction and nonfiction suiting almost any curiosity. Those needing to perform research will receive an advantageous boon to their studies (using the library in this way grants a +3 to Pathfinder adventurers, or advantage to D&D 5e adventurers). The librarian Marie, a mousey but well organized young woman, has always been glad to accept new donations of books or scrolls to the collection.
