City of Bruiben
Some of the best alchemists in the Realm can be found in Bruiben, hence all the explosions shaking the warrens. As in, the ones that are alchemists aren't all great at it. This is a noisy city, explosions, chatter, gales of chittering laughter, and lively music. If you hang on to all your fingers, you're liable to find a good time in Bruiben.
