Heleg Icespear
The first of the Water Elementals was as close to water made flesh as could be dreamed, a sparkling collection of planes of ice in the semblance of a woman adorned with crystalline water frozen to elaborate form. She was immediately whisked off by the creator to a hospitable region, the wet and frozen lands that would become Niflheim. She resides at the Tower of Helegil on the western coast.
