Morgul Tower
This tower is the base of a collective cabal of Highdark necromancers and mages. One of the specialties of the necromancers is a service called Ghostly Rest, in which they can reanimate the remains of a ghost in need of moving on and help them finish their unfinished business. They even take alternate forms of payment, and can establish payment plans.
Although this tower was founded on dark magic, many types of magic are practiced here now, in a rather live and let reanimate sort of way.
