Tharbad High Quarter • Triwath Lawful District

The Langoners are an easygoing bunch, fun loving but not particularly troublemaking, and not overly concerned with law and order. Langoners are far from the only folk in Tharbad, however, so they do recognize the need for the law, but are perfectly content to let the Triwath contingent based in Tharbad do the hard work of keeping the peace.
This district is based around the House of Law, with courts, judges, and jails beneath. There is a large manor where the nobles of House Gwaedhil reside when they are in Tharbad, although their house seat is in Triwath. Also in the Lawful District there is The Church of Right, which is not a popular place for any outside of the Gwaedhilic, and a number of smaller houses and shops for the Triwathian eastern expats and visitors craving a taste of home.
