Balqie's Barrows and Blades

In the market district in Lamm. Run by a Hill Halflings named Balqie. Balqie was about 70 years old in 3773.  Balqie is missing her upper right teeth.  She often licks the spot to remove the slow trickle of blood that flows from it.
