Demographics

The vast majority of the people living in Toyuk are Westrin humans, with a few gnomes, dwarves, and half elves, predominantly half-Raharin.

Government

Lord Gaen rules Toyuk and the surrounding area.  He allows the businesses of the city to elect a council by popular vote.  This council is allowed to preside over certain matters of trade, but all their decisions can be vetoed by Gaen if he so choses.

Defences

Toyuk is surrounded by a 15 foot tall stone wall with towers placed about every 100 feet along it's length.
