White Hydraguard

The White Hydraguard are the enforcers of law in the city of Mibran.  They are led by house ________.  They patrol the streets and public places of Mibran, conduct searches, and arrest lawbreakers within the city.  The nature of their work forces them to interact with the other branches of the Mibrish Hydraguard quite frequently, sharing information on the comings and goings of the goods and people witgin the city.
A member of the White Hydraguard can be identified by their white cloak and the painting of the center head on their standard issue breastplate.
