Mibrish Hydraguard

The Mibrish Hydraguard, once called the Dragonguard, is a collection of 5 organizations who look after the various aspects of Mibran's protection.
The White Hydraguard keeps the city's laws and patrols the streets. Ruled by House Wasnar.
The Red Hydraguard is the closest thing that Mibran has to a standing army. They are the finest warriors of the Hydraguard, but rarely experience full fledged combat, partially due to their own reputation. Ruled by House Monha.
The Blue Hydraguard is in charge of the Mibrish Navy and the coastal defense of the city and nearby fishing villages. Ruled by House Hinlae.
The Green Hydraguard have the greatest influence outside of the city. Their ranged expeditions go many miles away from the city. They are in charge of the defense of the many logging villages in the region, as well as general lookouts for monstrous activities. Ruled by house Koenlok.
The Black Hydraguard is a rather shadowy part of the Hydraguard. Their members are not often seen and their purpose is not widely known. Some see them as the silent wardens against corruption, others as a pointless part of the Hydraguard that should be removed as a mean of reducing taxes. Ruled by House Coorae.
Each of the Hydraguards is controlled by one of the ruling houses of Mibran, said to be descendants of the Mibrish Dargonlords. Each Hydraguard has its own version of the breastplate shown below. They all show the same symbol, but only the head of the colour corresponding Hydraguard is painted on a particular guard. Higher ranking members often have their breastplates inlaid with gems of the colour of the guard they belong to.
