Anastacia Flores

Flores is one of the Council members of the Republic of Arvandor's government, the leader of the Society of the Great Tree and the ruler of Sylvandar. Many see her as the real leader of Arvandor, with the High Elder only being around to maintain appearances. With the rising conflict between the people asking for a Theocracy once more and Flores' popularity among the population, a new leader may be elected.

Her mark is called Willowroot, which grants her a deeper understanding of nature's natural healing capabilities. She can sense a plant's innate traits, abilities and its uses, and can infuse plant-based medicine with magical traits that her mark radiates, unlocking the plant's true potential.
