Eret

Eret is home to Kjol, the biggest mine in all of Ironclaw and perhaps the entire Realm. Coiling tunnels, pathways, cave systems, a sprawling set of carved out settlements, checkpoints and underground facilities makes up most of Eret and Kjol. It is no surprise most of Eret's people live underground. Eret has been in danger in recent years, however. Expansion of the tunnels of Kjol has reached depths never thought possible, and with said depths, monsters. The creatures of the Underdark, first layer of the Abyss, seep into our Material Plane through holes and tunnels unlucky enough to breach into points of access into the ever-expanding Underdark. Beings from its depths have started to call certain corners and crevices of the gargantuan mine their home. As such, many heroes and adventurers have began travelling over to Eret to jump into the mines of Kjol and attempt to close some of the entry points into the Underdark, and bring down the beasts that have entered from them.
