Isle of Water

The Isle of Water is ruled by Nereida, the Ocean Queen and is overlooked by Sil, Goddess of the Moon.
The Isle of Water, although called an isle, does not stand above the sea level, but rather sits neatly at the bottom of the ocean, in a set of deep sea trenches where the city of Bluehaven resides. Bluehaven is inhabited mostly by her loyal followers, the Sahuagin, who appear to be completely enthralled to the Ocean Queen and follow her every command without question. One of the giant roots of the Great Tree descends down into the depths and pierces through the middle of the Isle of Water, where it connects to the Elemental Plane of Water
