Lord of Water: Nereida, the Ocean Queen

Nereida is a mercurial figure, capable of being both calm and peaceful as well as wild and raging, much like the tides. She is the lady of the Isle of Water, ruling over a realm of deep ocean trenches, vast coral reefs, and powerful tidal currents. She is revered by her subjects, the Sahuagin, who follow her commands almost like thralls. She inhabits the underwater city of Bluehaven, located deep within the depths of the Isle of Water. The people of Bluehaven do not take visitors with open arms, and are known to drive away anyone who tries to get close to their home.
