The current High Elder of Arvandor, Katsaros is known for her charismatic speeches and her commitment to transparency and accountability in government. Daughter to the previous High Elder of Arvandor, Francisco Katsaros, she has taken her father's place as protector of Arvandor and its people.
She's a powerful Archdruid, capable of calling upon the essence of nature with ease.
Arvandor's population seems to be calling for a reinstating of the old Theocracy, and with the current relations between Arvandor and Sioa in regards to their heavy deforestation, Livia's stance on the matter quickly shifts to prioritizing the protection of nature, which could bring back the Theocracy once more.
