The Darktongue Manual

This small, untitled notebook is a sort of pocket manual for learning Darktongue; it is not a comprehensive textbook and does not contain every word or linguistic rule of the language, but rather is meant to provide someone who has not encountered the language a base of understanding for translating it. The author of the notebook is uncredited, but there is a note in the front of the book: 
"To help you communicate with the Artist-- never forget to watch what they say around you." - Theodas.
Notably, the handwriting of this note differs from the rest of the notebook; while it would appear Theodas Wildemere gave this notebook to someone, it appears highly unlikely that he wrote it himself.
This small manual was discovered in the secret study by Oliver, who currently has it in his possession; he is using it to decode and translate his own mysterious book after realizing it is written in coded Darktongue.
