The Tower of Disciples
Purpose / Function
The Tower of Disciples serves as both a training ground for Aspirants aiming to become Disciples, and as a last line of defense for the Arcane Tree, always holding a battalion of at least 5,000 oni within the tower and in the surrounding regions.
Alterations
The base of the tower has been reinforced with Durnan, and a sprawling fortress made of white stone has been constructed around the base, which is constantly staffed by the Oni.
Architecture
The tower is a massive spire, carved from white stone. There are various openings and windows, to be used by Aspirants to enter the tower during their trials. Massive Banners hang from its sides, relics from old wars and times gone by.
History
The Tower of Disciples was created after the War of Existence in response to a branch having been broken off of the Arcane Tree. There are numerous banners hung on the sides of the tower, each representing an Ancient Clan, Primal Tribe, or Draconic Tribe that was lost in the war. As time went on, the tower was reinforced, due to the importance of the Arcane Tree.
