The Steam and Sister

You make your way down Paine Alley, and enter The Steam and Sister and see that inside, the shabby split log farrier shop with a thatched roof is cavernous. The smithy is fastidious, with a swept floor and tools stored neatly on the walls. There's a desk in the corner with a piece of parchment showing the current project's measurements, and the materials are neatly stored in bins. Clearly, whatever apprentice has been charged with upkeep of the smithy has taken their job very seriously. You can see that activity in The Steam and Sister is rather busy. There is a blacksmith currently stocking the forge with fresh coals.
On the bench lies a falcheon. It is clearly good quality. Alyxa moves around the shop, sure of herself, betraying her confidence in her skills.
The blacksmith sizes you up, before she nods at you after finishing with another customer. She introduces herself as Alyxa Dale, the proprietor of the smithy, and asks what she can do for you.
