The Venya line created with the union of the King of the Autumn Court Varo Fallbell and the Queen of the Winter Court Ratha Keybella.
Folmar Venya was the the first moon elf to rule over Snow Owl Forest and The Bleak Plains. During the first war between the elves and the dwarves he went into hiding with his wife and son Falson Venya, only to be assassinated by a friend. He left his son the throne of the icey places.
