In the wake of King Alfarion's death, General Turin Starline was quicky recalled to the crown city of El-Mistif. Upon arival he was to be crowned King of Eldenstar and, in a move that suprised and outraged many including the Queen of Helden, was apointed Dragons Mouth, representitive of the Eternal Crown.
