The Kolyarut's innate spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 14, +6 to hit with spell attacks). It can cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
Regeneration. The Kolyarut regains 10 hit points at the start of its turn. If the the Kolyarut takes radiant or necrotic damage, this trait doesn't function at the start of the the Kolyarut's next turn. The the Kolyarut dies only if it starts its turn with 0 hit points and doesn't regenerate. Truespeech. A Kolyarut can speak with and understand any creature that has a language.
Multiattack. The Kolyarut makes two Magical Bastard Sword attacks. Magical Bastard Sword. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 13 (2d8+4) slashing damage plus 3 (1d6) force damage if the creature is not Lawful.
