L'mielya
An Aelfinn child you encountered while pursuing a thief - she has since appeared to warn you about the shadowy creatures you encountred in the woods.
L'mielya insisted that Ajax the Bear-barian stay with her family while he was in G'yanyel .
She showed Ajax the Bear-barian how the Aelfinn survive and contribute - tending to the bees, fishing in the streams, and hunting for wood for use in the village. It appears that in general the entire village raises the children, though her father is a major part of her life.
L'mielya told Ajax many stories of her mother, who has passed - she was what was called a Shaderspeaker, the priestesses who ordane the Ra'viene and who also augur the danger of the land. She pantomimes the rituals of the order on a moonlit night, dipping her finger into the stream in the refletion of the moon, and drawing symbols on her face - she calls it the 'twinning star'.
