Blacksmith
Blacksmiths use coal fired forges to heat the metal they work with. As a result, Coalridge and the outlying districts are where most of these craftsmen can be found. Blacksmiths are widely respected for their aid in the war effort. They were tasked with crafting and repairing armor mainly. With the end of the war, they find themselves at work repairing and crafting tools for the citizenry mainly. Work is slowing, and often they are left to find creative ways to suppliment their income.
Prestige: Blacksmiths are regarded highly for their part in the war effort. They are considered skilled workers.
Accoutrement: Snithing tools, metal pellets, and a forge are the typical tools of a Blacksmith. They usually wear a heavy apron, thick gloves, and have forearms larger than most people's legs.
Training: Blacksmithing is a lifelong trade. Smiths usually apprentice at a young age, and never live long enough to learn all the secrets of the metal.
