Hold: Strong ^{[1]: 282}
Turf: Dockers claim the docks that give them their namesake. They also have many warehouses and sheds scattered along the docks.
Notable Assets: Legitimate buildings sometimes right on, at, or over the docks, allowing for all kinds of storage.
Quirks: Shipping captains and merchants expect some of their load to disappear on the docks. It's sometimes referred to as an offloading tax.
