From alley dice games to full blown casinos, every gambling den owner or game runner has the same goal: Keep the pigeons at the table. You may win in the short term, but eventually, the house always wins. Prestige: Those who run the games in Doskvol are usually respected and not well liked. many desperate people owe them money, and the means of getting payment on those debts is often unpleasant.
Accoutrement: A game of some sort at a minimum, but most will have some kind of establishment. Guards, however, are essential.
Training: Some expendable capital and good knowledge of the games you run are necessary.
