Gang Leader

Gang Leaders oversee the operations of the worst people in Doskvol. Whether it be a gang of extortionists, thieves, or assassins, the bosses hold the reigns, and so weild a great deal of power. However, these organizations only survive with some sense of fairness still in place.
Prestige: Gang Leaders ars well respected. Even those they prey on usually don't think ill of them. Everyone pays up to someone in The Dusk.
Accoutrement: Gang Leaders will have hideouts and gang members.
Training: Rising up in the ranks of the underworld usually takes time and cunning.
