The criminal investigators of the City Watch. They have a reputation for ethics and integrity (no one likes them). They present evidence for prosecutions to the city magistrates.

Turf: The Inspectors have the run of Doskvol, but being sticklers for process and justice, they are typically barred from the turfs of the criminals they investigate by the law of Doskvol and their own principles.
Notable Assets: The inspectors have a wealth of informants and evidence that they have compiled in their case files.
Quirks: They are perhaps the only organization in the city with any level of integrity. People often don't know how to act around them.
