The human Jheseri Dwindare was briefly the wife of Windborn Sovereign Zephyrus Galeheart, ruler of the Zephyr Enclave. She held the title of Tempest Queen.
Born to a family of moderate wealth, Jheseri met Zephyrus at a charity gala, where she was championing the rise of taxes amongst the wealthy to help fund education programs in the less well-off areas of the Enclave. Their romance led to marriage, which in turn led to an event celebrated throughout the Enclave: a royal pregnancy.
Their marriage was tragically cut short, when complications during childbirth claimed the life of Jheseri. Her daughter, Azanes Dwindare, adopted her maiden name when she joined the Skyfarer's Guild, and continues Jheseri's legacy of helping those in need.
