Lord of the Shallows of the Coral Kingdoms

The Lord of the Shallows is one half of the ruling body of the Coral Kingdoms, alongside the Empress of the Abyss, of the Coral Kingdoms. They are a sibling pair, with the first brother/sister pairing of the current Lord and Empress succeeding to the respective thrones.
