The Coral Kingdoms are a cluster of underwater islands visible from above due to their vibrant coral structures. They have a symbiotic relationship with the sea creatures and are known for their underwater farming techniques.
Structure
The Coral Kingdoms are ruled by sovereign siblings: The Lord of the Shallows, and the Empress of the Abyss.
The Lord of the Shallows governs the shallow waters, lakes, rivers and coral reefs near the coast, while the Empress of the Abyss rules over the deeper waters of the ocean floor. It occassionally causes clashes between the two, with differing governance styles and priorities, but both have the Coral Kingdoms' best interests at heart.
