As the dim lights of the Iridescence filter through stained glass windows, illuminating the duelling chambers, young swordsmen and swordswomen train tirelessly, striving for perfection at Luminaris Bladeforge Academy.
The process of acceptance into the student body of the academy is an arduous one, with less than 1% of applicants successfully enrolled:

Prospective students submit an application detailing their passion for the blade, their dueling experience (if any), and their commitment to mastering the art.

The academy’s admissions committee reviews these applications, seeking those with exceptional potential.

Then follows interviews with instructors or senior students gauge a candidate’s temperament, determination, and willingness to learn.

Candidates undergo fitness tests, agility drills, and endurance challenges. Swordplay demands physical prowess, but it is also about resilience, both of which are put to the test.

An examination follows, where prospective students tackle questions on dueling history, strategy, and ethics. Bonus points are awarded for creative answers or unique perspectives.
