The archfey Neifestra runs the magical thrift store Thrifty Shades of Fey. Being an archfey, money is of no interest to Neifestra, so instead she charges abstract fees for her wares, such as the customer's name, the colour of their eyes, or the memories of their first love.
Extended time in the material plane causes her to age like a mortal, so she maintains her youthful appearence by asking customers "May I have a moment of your time?", and siphoning years from their lives. She is not evil, but is unpredictably chaotic, and seeks only interest and amusement from the mortals of the material plane. Several thousand years old, Neifestra was present at the Great Sundering, and finds the fractured nature of Solacium's new form to be fascinating.
