Thrifty Shades of Fey
The magical thrift store Thrifty Shades of Fey exists on the border between the material plane and the Fey Realm, appearing at different locations all across the Shattered Realms, and disappearing just as suddenly. It is run by the archfey Neifestra, and while it does sell some powerful magical items, they come at an abstract cost: anything from the customer's name to memories of their first love.
