one with more crews than ships. their guards ride on YOUR ship and try to defend it. roll-out cannons and stuff like that. secretly, they plan to grab your stuff and escape if they lose against an attacker. cheap.
plot/history. they managed to 'salvage' a premium ship. Undercut centuri on a prisoner transport. the prisoners broke out and took the ship. makes for an interesting post-prison pirate crew.
