Keen Endjulen, Kin M, 28 - he contracts with the best craftsmen and sells their wares. Particularly, it's the craftsmen who want to work and don't want to be bothered with the shop-running side of smithing (Like succesful tattooers that hire an assistant to manage booking).
NEED: consider that that does imply some additional stressors on businessmen (taxes from the crown, extortion from org crime, extortion from a 'guild', idk).

There's a blade guy named Mustafir (prefers to protect his full identity), Elf, M, (scimitars, hand axes, and guandao), who is actually one half of the Red Sage Pair (backup idea if i move them to san salvo is a dark elf that Keen trades with).

there are opporunities to make these crafters fugitives who need their anonymity. that means red sages, olympians, drow etc.
