No central leadership. the legion is made of MANY 'squads' of five. and each squad governs itself based on majority. Legions are numbered, and some have carried on since the establishment of the city 5 have been around since the beginning. 308 are the hotshots. They inherited legion post 308 from the legendary 11th legion after their death. X are gun specialists. a dwarf among them Y is three galvan and 2 orcs
