Erin Okerstrom

Lady Erin Okerstrom is a wealthy citizen of the Coalition. She is an amateur exo-archaeologist who likes to spend her time (and money) traveling to dead worlds looking for artifacts from precursor civilizations.
Her last dig was on Kamena, a burnt out planet in the Ishara System.
She was beset by those who would steal her finds, and disloyal employees, but was rescued by the crew of the Argus.
