Commander of Gurgan Station. While Gurgan Station is nominaly a Free Port, it is widely understood that the station is under the authority of the Coalition. And Commander Deacon would be the ultimate focus of that power on the station. He usually holds himself at a distance from the day to day happenings of the station. But when he does involve himself into the stations affairs, ther eis a whirlwind of activity until things are the way that Nic Deacon wants them to be. Heavens help anyone caught slacking when the Commander is on the warpath.
