Holy Relics

According to legend, when a person is chosen by the Dragons to ascend to sainthood, they are granted a holy relic to prove their worthiness to the world. After the saint's time in the mortal realm is complete, the relic passes into the ownership of the Church. Over the centuries, some of these relics have been lost or stolen, though the Church still claims ownership of most of them.
