Iraithel (Ear-Eh-Thell)

The people of Iraithel are devoted to the worship of Empyereus, the god of rightous warfare and zeal. Legend has it they decend from the angelic soldiers under Empyereus's command, blessing them with inherent heavenly traits. Led by their prince, Aurivont Bertran, they have taken it upon themselves rid the world of the hells influence. Due to the demonic origin of magic, Followers of Empyereus believe magic is inherently corrupting, leading men to the pursuit of power and knowledge beyond what was meant for them.

They view The Eternal Court and their legions as the pinnacle of what the fiendish influence will do to mankind. Iraithel has come to great conflict with Balt-Varji on a number of occasions, though this came to a halt with the looming threat of the Eternal Court on the horizon, at least openly...

Player Character Option

Iraitheleans cannot begin play with any class in Sorcerer (all bloodlines except Divine Soul), Wizard, or Warlock. In addition to other class restrictions.
Ability Score Increase - Your Charisma score increases by 2 and your Wisdom Increases by 1.
Age - Iraitheleans reach adulthood in their late teens and live less than a century.
Angelic Bloodline - As an action, you can touch a creature and cause it to regain a number of hit points equal to your level. Once you use this trait, you cannot use it again until the finish a long rest. In addition you know the light cantrip.
Languages - You can speak, read, and write Common and Celestial.
Size - Iraitheleans vary widely in height and build, from barely 5 feet to well over 6 feet tall. Generally they tend to lean to being tall. Regardless of the position in this range, your size is Medium.
Speed - Your base walking speed is 30 feet.
Zealous Teachings - You gain proficiency in the Religion skill.
