Iapetus Station

The station’s design is old, consisting of two long counter-rotating arms supporting habitation rings and a central docking station on the axis.
Tugs, flying teakettle, rise up from automated mining stations on the surface hauling ice or drop down to the moon's surface for another load. The docks are filled with ancient water haulers, their hulls studded with shipping containers filled with ice.
