Book of Draconic Rituals

The Book of Draconic Rituals was an ancient tome created by the earliest members of the Cult of the Dragon.
In 1492, during the Great Dragon War, the book was retrieved by the Breadwinners in order for the Council of Waterdeep to learn the method by which the Cult of the Dragon planned to summon Tiamat.
