Tiamat
Tiamat
Tiamat is the lawful evil dragon goddess of greed, queen and creator of chromatic dragons, and eternal rival of her brother, Bahamut.
History
Thousands upon thousands of years ago, Tiamat and Bahamut fought side-by-side in the ancient wars against the giants. However, the two siblings quarreled and eventually began fighting one another. Near the end of the ancient wars between dragons and giants, Tiamat attempted to assert herself as the primary deity over all. An alliance of the other gods crushed her ambitions and chained her to Avernus in the Nine Hells. During her time in Avernus, Tiamat has continued to exert an influence on events in both the Nine Hells and the other planes. Some scholars have questioned whether or not Tiamat truly is in Avernus against her will. Between 1491 and 1492, the Cult of the Dragon attempted to summon Tiamat into the Prime Material Plane during the Great Dragon War. They nearly succeeded in during the war's final battle, but were stopped by the Breadwinners, confining Tiamat once again to her prison.Divine Domains

Divine Goals & Aspirations
Tiamat believed herself the only being strong enough to throw off the tyrannical rule of other gods and rule in their stead. If freed from Avernus, Tiamat plans to wage a war against other gods, installing her chromatic children as dukes and lords and giving her favored worshippers clerical status in her new world.
