Curse of Clearhallow

The Curse of Clearhallow was the name given to the persistent disappearences and consistently bad luck afflicting the Town of Clearhallow from 1447 through 1497. While the cause of the curse was unknown for the majority of the town's residents, the actual cause was the Cult of Cyric, which had taken up residence in a nearby ruin.
In Ches of 1498, the Unstompables, a hastily formed adventuring party, arrived in the town and destroyed the cult, ending the "curse."
