Locathah

Locathah are a race of acquatic humanoids that resemble fish with arms and legs. While it is unknown where they came from, today locathah are generally a peaceful and agreeable species, but outsiders unfamiliar with the locathah's many unwritten codes of etiquette often unintentionally offend them.
