Rashlen

Rashlen, known to most as the Beggar Queen, is an elf and one of the four members of the Seaton Committee, the ruling council of the Styes.
Unlike the other members of the committee, Rashlen has no legitimate business front, and it is open knowledge that she uses the beggars of the Styes to spy on her enemies and steal what she wants. She's often seeing wearing expensive jewelry. She is also infamous for her hair trigger temper.
