Blackstaff Tower

Home of Vajra Safahr, the current Blackstaff of Waterdeep. The tower is half fortress, and half magic acaedmy, training mages loyal to Warerdhavian interests. From here, the High Wizard operates the security forces of Force Grey and the Grey Hands.
